Vision Needs

Bring your most recent glasses prescription and any contact lenses used for driving. We'll need to check your vision with and without correction.

Medical Records

NHS APP is the preferred option. However you can also bring Medical summary from GP as well as clinic letters.

Valid Photo ID

Valid Photo ID is essential - bring your Driving License or Passport. We cannot proceed without verifying your identity.

When to Renew Your Medical

Provisional

When applying for your first provisional license.

Age 45

Must be renewed every 5 years until age 65.

Age 65+

Must be renewed every year from age 65 onwards.
