    If you do not receive a confirmation email before your appointment, you must contact us. Failure to attend due to not receiving confirmation will not qualify for a refund.

  11. Cancellations and Rescheduling
    • A minimum of 3 working days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
    • Full refunds are only issued if cancellation is made at least 3 working days in advance.
    • You may reschedule your appointment once; additional requests are subject to approval.
    • No refunds will be given for cancellations made after rescheduling.
  12. Attendance and Required Documents
    You must attend your appointment on time and bring all required documentation.
    No refunds will be issued if:
    • you fail to attend
    • you arrive late
    • you fail to provide required documents (including medical records or forms)
    We are not obligated to reschedule appointments in these circumstances.
  13. Failure to Complete Medical
    If we are unable to proceed with your medical due to circumstances within our control, our liability will be limited to a refund of the appointment fee.
    We will not be liable for any consequential losses.
  14. Forms and Licensing Responsibility
    It is your responsibility to ensure that all forms are accurate and complete before submission to the DVLA, TfL, or other authorities.
    If errors occur, our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the medical examination.
    We accept no responsibility for:
    • licence delays
    • licence refusals
    • requests for additional medical information
  15. Business Use
    If you use our services for business purposes, we are not liable for any:
    • loss of profit
    • business interruption
    • loss of opportunity
  16. Force Majeure
    We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
  17. Severability
